Bug Description
In the "Oculars" window at the "Telescopes" tab, the translations for "Horizontal flip" and "Vertical flip" are partially hidden in some languages (for example, Russian, Bulgarian, German, Brazilian Portuguese). This issue may be somewhat related to bug #900575.
I attached a screenshot of the issue.

Yes, it is caused by the same reason, plug-in developers being enamored with fixed-size interfaces.
