innobackupex does not update xtrabackup_slave_info when applying incremental deltas

Bug Description
When using innobackupex to apply a set of deltas to a full backup, innobackupex will not update the xtrabackup_
This can lead to errors when attempting to bring the materialized snapshot back online and restart replication.
