Disc size doesn't show

When I want to burn an iso the size of the inserted disc doesn't show unless you click on the menu below "select a disc to write to". After clicking it disappears again.

I'm Using Oneiric 64-bit.

might be but i don't understand what he means by blurry, even after
looking at his screenshot

I've attached a screenshot. It is however impossible to take a
screenshot while clicking the dropdown menu (that's when it turns
orange and I can see disc size).
