Bug Description
I have been reviewing and repackaging commercial apps submitted via myapps, and approximately one third of them are submitted as a single .deb. This isn't appropriate for the archive - we need at the very least a native source package, even if all it's doing is copying binary files into /opt. Often simple binary tarballs are easier to handle and package than .debs, as the debs may rely on maintainer scripts or files in locations not appropriate for myapps.
Clearly we're miscommunicating somewhere.

This isn't just a problem with commercial apps - there are also ARB submissions which are just binary .debs. Obviously for ARB, we need the source & can't just settle for a binary tarball.
