Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Lock screen using CTRL+ALT+L or by selecting "Lock Screen" from the system menu
2. Move the mouse or strike a key to show the password prompt
3. Hit meta/Windows button
Expected behaviour: Nothing should happen
Actual behaviour: The Unity menu is shown the same as if the screen wasn't locked
I'm not filing this as a security vulnerability because it does not appear that you can do anything from the menu, as I believe the gnome lock-screen is preventing keyboard interaction with anything on the desktop. However, it might be a good idea to take a good look at how Unity can receive input when the screen is still locked, such as hotkeys, VNC or other remote desktop functionality, etc...
