virbr0 doesn't automatically load after upgrading from Oneric to Precise

Bug Description
After upgrading from Oneiric to Precise, my lxc's wouldn't start.
It turns out virbr0 wasn't available anymore, and had to be manually started.
As a workaround, to start it do: virsh net-start default
