[apport-retrace] would be nice to have an option to specify a package to install

Binary package hint: apport

That would be useful to retrace bugs when the crash doesn't happen to the package code nor to a Depends, multimedia crashes are often due to extra gstreamer plugins for example

     package for retracing. May be specified multiple times. Document new

   * bin/apport-chroot: Add a similar option -p/--extra-package and install
     those in the 'create' command and simply pass it to apport-retrace in the
     'retrace' command. (LP: #90077)
   * bin/apport-chroot: Add a -v/--verbose option.
   * bin/apport-retrace: Do not complain about missing ddebs for Arch: all
     packages.
