Traceback when replaying live video background when no service item has been sent live before

Hello,

1) Start OpenLP
2) Choose a video and select "Replace Live Background" in the Media Manager

Result:

Christian, please put the fix in a specific "bug-899665" branch, as we are still undecided whether or not we will be including VLC in 1.9.8, but this bug *must* be fixed in 1.9.8.
