Bug Description

The Hindi-Arabic numeral eight ('۸', U+06F8) is broken; appearing both upside down, and behaving as those it is a combing diacritical to the following character.

I suspect what's happening, is that an attempt has been made to copy the glyph from the seven, using an incorrect transformation matrix.
