Add join method to member's table

It can be useful to have a new field in group_member table that indicates the way the user has been added to a group. Just like moodle's enrol field in mdl_role_assignments table.

To make easy the synchronization of users with external systems.

    Add join method to member's table

    This is a small modification to allow group_member table to have
    a new field called method. Method can be used to indicate how
    that user was added to the group.

    It can be useful to implement syncro with other systems.
