"Copy file's location" menu item in file chooser dialog uses tick mark instead of apostrophe

Bug Description
Title should be self-explanatory. When in a file chooser dialog, right-clicking on a file displays a menu containing a command called "Copy file's location". The "apostrophe" in "file's" is actually a tick mark when it should be a true apostrophe.
