Chronoshifted deployed Siege Choppers and landed Nighthawks will not sink

Bug Description
The old known bug of deployed Siege Choppers and Nighthawks not sinking when chronoshifted into water.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
Deploy a Siege Chopper / land a Nighthawk somewhere. Chronoshift them into a puddle. They will not sink. Siege Choppers are able to undeploy and Nighthawks can take off normally.
##### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION #####
If a JumpJet=yes unit is chronoshifted into water, it should sink. (Units being in the air can't be chronoshifted and should thus stay unaffected.)
