Bug Description
First of all - I could be wrong but buildup animation is limited to 32 frames, isn't it? That would make a detailed buildup obsolete so this limit could be either extended or removed.
Now, you may ask - why detailed buildup when the animation lasts only for a short while. That's where this feature request comes to the main point - possibility of changing buildup time, but not globally - individually for a structure. It could be used for example as a different construction method - similar to one used in Generals or by Soviets in Red Alert 3, construction on the battlefield that is.
Also, it could be used to make BALANCED base expansion vehicles which would not provide build radius immediately after one-second deployment. Still, that would probably require a definitive or customizable setting that structures which are being "built up" cannot provide build radius until the construction is finished.

the problem with slow buildups is that logically the building still functions on _most_ levels immediately after being placed (meaning still building up). It gives base radius, it can still build units (which gets buggy when the buildup isn't complete) and it can give radar, spysat, and it can fill prerequisites immediately after being placed. Unless this is fixed, this function is useless and buggy.
If it can be fixed however, I'm all for it.
