Migrate Documents doesn't auto-fill fields intelligently

What happens

On the Migrate Documents and Settings screen, I select a user to migrate. The fields at the bottom of the screen activate but are empty.

What should happen
---------------------------
The login name should be set to the account name up above (with checks to be sure it's a valid unix username).
