Bug Description

Software-center will only open promptly & work correctly once. Upon closing this crash is produced.
Upon reopening Sc it takes quite a long time - this is shown in terminal

When it does open no packages can be installed or removed

The only way to restore is to delete ~/.config/software-center & do a full restart, Sc then works just once as before, ect.
