Bug Description

If I try to use fmin (an alias for fminbnd) I get something like

octave:128> fmin
error: `fminbnd' undefined near line 20 column 8
error: called from:
error: /usr/share/octave/packages/3.2/optim-1.0.16/fmin.m at line 20, column 6

Needless to say, calling fminbnd directly doesn't work either; the interpreter says it's undefined. That function should be in the optim package:

This bug was fixed in the package octave-optim - 1.2.0-1

---------------
octave-optim (1.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release 1.2.0
  * Help Launchpad along, the current package should register its files
    properly (LP: #662336)
  * Similarly, current Octave version ship fminbnd.m (LP: #890895)
