No auto switching of outputs between HDMI and CVBS

Snowball CVBS usage is awkward. This means we mark the secondary video output as 'works with issues or a workaround' on the testing spreadsheet.

AV8100 doesn't do dual outputs, so we can have either HDMI or CVBS. There is currently no auto switching of outputs between HDMI and CVBS. Even if there were, the Android CDD prohibits resolution switching, so the best we could hope for is a CVBS connected Snowball booting up in PAL rather than 1280x720.

The way to force output on CVBS is:

echo 1 > /sys/devices/av8100_hdmi.0/hdmisdtvswitch
fbset -fb /dev/graphics/fb0 -xres 720 -yres 576 -t 74074 132 12 44 5 0 0

But there's no fbset, so it needs to be sourced and copied to the image.

While the HDMIservice does not (currently) support switching to CVBS, it looks like the patch attached to https://bugs.launchpad.net/igloocommunity/+bug/898650 does support this. I've duplicated the patch here in case it gets lost in the other bug.
