NetworkManager can' t connect on WiFi if laptop is without power connection

Bug Description

When I suspend and resume if laptop work with battery, network manager try to connect to WiFi, and try again but it fails. When i connect power wired, immediately Network Manager can to connect!!! My Wireless network is unprotected and work perfectly with my other computer. I use kubuntu 11.10 but the same happens on ubuntu 11.10. My laptop is a DELL XPS L702X and my Wireless device is:
03:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Wireless-N 1030 (rev 34)

this seems to be related to bugs Bug #957683 and Bug #888672

if you think that's the case then mark as duplicate would you?

On precise daily build I have this issue may be related to bugs Bug #957683 and Bug #888672 .

probably something to do with power saving settings in precise. I havent tried to fix by changing ACPI or power saving settings yet.

will report back.

I've tried to reproduce this with my Vaio laptop. The Inspiron that had problems used a Broadcom wifi card, as does another laptop that can reproduce this.

This seems to be simply a problem with the broadcom wifi drivers in this case.
