Gui elements move to the wrong position if waveforms are deactivated

As reported in the forums:
If waveforms are deactivated in the preferences, the waveform widget collapse and some of the GUI elements move to a wrong position. This issue is with all variants of the LateNight(Blues) skin.

Is it an issue with the skin XML or a code issue? If the latter, I can investigate.

Pretty sure it can be fixed within the xml, I did not have time to take care of it.

With the new waveforms in 1.11 this issue is fixed. If waveform display type is set to "Empty" an empty waveform widget is drawn. Therefore the other elements remain at the correct position.
