Python-httplib2 doesn't use system certificates

Bug Description
Although python-httplib2 > 0.7.0 gained support for validating https certificates, it is using it's own cacerts.txt file to do so by default instead of relying on the system certificates /etc/ssl/certs, which get proper support and security fixes.
