General Error on Calendar Date Selector

You get on General Error on this calendar link: https://karl.soros.org/communities/lap-team/calendar/month.html?year=2012&month=2&day=30

The reason is pretty obvious: there aren't 30 days in February 2012. We should have a more graceful way of handling this type of issue though because it's pretty easy generate this type of issue with the new calendar date selector. The calendar should know to default to the next actual day in the same month for example. I'm sure there are other ideas as well.

Should be fixed. Please test on branch1, the fix is just about to be released to karl.soros.org.

If an illegal date is given the site "gracefully" jumps to Today, and does not give an error. Note that this can happen only when wrong url link is given, because you are never supposed to get to any of the wrong days via the system.
