I'm not in the US, I've tried all 3 weather data providers available, all I get is a constant -18 celsius with a question mark behind it.
The "zip" code I get whan I look for my location is ROXX0020 (some privders, like iGoogle) don't need a zip code, they just find the location, Iasi, Romania.

I believe the problem is bug 861641 - there is an issue in newer Network Manager's where the API changed and now Docky thinks your machine is offline. Weather might still show strange data in that case.

Reading that I also discovered that the Gmail docklet is affected too, so yeah, no network access.
