Bug Description
Version check fails for sync requests. Example: python-httplib2 0.7.1-2 should be synced, Ubuntu version is 0.7.1-1ubuntu1.
$ sponsor-patch -s 877720
sponsor-patch: Error: The version 0.7.1-2 is not greater than the already available 0.7.1-2.
