Bug Description

This was during an automatic update, and I'm not sure why the installation failed. I noticed the crash report icon and followed the prompts.

Sorry, quagga can't be automatically upgraded since it requires the admin to acknowledge the shutdown since it tends to break a lot of routing being done outside of a maintenance window.
