Firefox does not install firefogg add on because the add on is corrupted

On firefogg.com I pressed the button "Install". Firefox downloaded the data but did nopt finish installation with the message the add on ist corrupted. I read some infos from firefox and enabled firefogg.org as a website whicht is allowed to install add ons. The same message about corruption again!
Then I downloaded the Firefogg-2.7.03.xpi via MS Internet Exporer, I checked it with actual Kaspersky Anti Virus and tried to install the add on from a local file. I got the same corruption message.
What to do now? Or do you have troubles with corruption?

- first, i hope this was firefogg.org, last time i checked firefogg.com is some domain grabber.

Just checked again nad it installs fine on Windows 7 here. Can you try again with Firefox after clearing your cache?
Are you behind some firewall that could be a problem?
If this still does not work I can upload Firefogg to an alternative url to see if that helps... let me know.

yes you are right, it's firefogg.org, ofcourse. ;-)

Now I tried following steps:

cleared my cache - tried to install - corruption message
cleared my cache agian - tried to install from download file - corruption message again, imidiatly after sending return, my PC didn't even try to do anything.

And, yes, my PC is behind a company's fire wall. And I would not be able to come in front of the fire wall.

Mabee we try the alternative url ... but I have less hope, that will help :-(

And I'm working with Win XP Professional with all service packs and patches and Firefox 7.0.1
