Audio and video are lagging in Oneiric Ocelot 11.10

Whenever I go on YouTube and attempt to play a video, the audio doesn't come through or it just skips ahead. It's the same when I play music in Banshee, it will just keep skipping. I didn't have this problem when I used Natty Narwhal and it only started happening when I updated to 11.10. Help please.

I haven't tried any video yet, just with audio, it's very choppy. Almost like a bad CD that is skipping, everything was fine until the upgrade.

1). Is this reproduce able?
than attach a vedio of the the bug using destop recorder and and tell us the version of unity you are using and also of banshee. thankx

Thank you for replying back to me, Muhammad. I'm sad to say that I
uninstalled 11.10 and now have Joli OS instead. I still believe in the
Ubuntu. That will never change.
