Bug Description
Hi!
Sorry for my English.
The printer goes stopped when problem arise (an empty tray, paper jam, etc.). After elimination of the problem (clear the jam, add paper to the tray, etc.), the printer stay stopped and requires to resume manually via CUPS web interface. This occurs regardless of the setting ErrorPolicy in cupsd.conf and printers.conf. The printer(hplip) ignores setting "ErrorPolicy retry-job" and gets stuck: "/usr/libexec/
It is very inconvenient.
Versions:
hplip-3.11.5
cups-1.4.8
Please, fix it.
Thank you very much.
