Bug Description
If you are experiencing this bug, please run the following command in a terminal window, which will make your user picture visible:
`sudo chown $(id -u):$(id -g) ~/.face`
Original report follows:
While it does not prevent the install from completing, selecting a stock user picture does not result in that image being set in the target filesystem.

ubiquity (2.9.0) precise; urgency=low
* Expand the list of wireless networks under each card automatically,
unless the user has explicitly collapsed the row.
* Translate the entire wireless networking page.
* Don't show the picture taking page when running in an oem-config
install.
* Don't show the wireless page if a wireless connection was made after
ubiquity started (LP: #873000).
* Ensure that the user picture is owned by the target user
(LP: #872966).
