Changes in a o2m in form view mode are not taken into account by other relation fields until we click save

To reproduce, open a customer in form view, edit the name of the first contact displayed (do not click 'save') then go to the 'Accounting' tab. Here, create a new row in the o2m at the end of the page. The contact referenced in that new record does not contain the modification to the contact name you previously made.

This bug is really hard to solve, we'll see if we really need to solve it.
