Unity Greeter - background dot pattern should extend all the way to the edge of the screen

Bug Description
Background dot pattern should extend all the way to the edge of the screen.
Currently at some resolutions the dot pattern stops before it should, before reaching the edge (the gap between the dot pattern ending and the edge of the screen is large enough to fit in one more row or column of dots.
See attached image "logindots1.png" (the dots are a bit difficult to see in this photo, so you might need to zoom in to the photo a bit)

The implementation trims the dots to match what was shown in the mockups. At certain resolutions there are lines of dots very close to the right and bottom screen borders that are visually distracting. If the dots are centered then the logo is insconsistently positioned.
