I have debug on and the following appears seemingly randomly:

We can fix that message by moving the blocktype's thumb.php into the new location inside the raw theme. But we need to update the tagged posts icon before 1.5 anyway, so I'll wait & do this at the same time.

Oops, the icon was already updated & in the right location, but seems to have been deleted by commit 1fec673666

    Restore new icon for taggedposts blocktype (bug #872637)

    This was previously added in commit 8000648786 but deleted again by
    commit 1fec673666. See bug #597479.
