evolution loses window decorations after unmaximizing

When I start evolution, it starts maximized. On recent Oneiric updates, when I unmaximize evolution, it loses the title bar and all window decorations. This happens whether I drag the window down to unmaximize or use the button in the unity panel. There doesn't appear to be a work around.

I took the liberty of assigning the priority as 'High', since this is real annoyance for evolution users.
