Uses discharging icon when on AC power and battery is full

indicator-power 0.9-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 11.10 beta

1. On a machine that runs on battery, connect it to AC power.
2. Wait until the battery is fully charged.
3. Look at the battery menu.

What you see: The battery-discharging icon.
What you should see: The battery-with-a-plug icon.
