Duplicate bugs show up in milestone bug listings

https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/herd-3 shows one bug (80500) which is marked as need info. This is incorrect, it is a duplicate of a bug marked as fix released + confirmed.

This is a problem when doing release management since there is no way for me to make sure the bugs are actually real bugs and not duplicates (short of doing the manual work of removing the milestone from the duplicate and adding it to the relevant tasks).

This is partially a duplicate of 55730, but I think that milestone lists are different enough that this warrants its own bug.

This might be a duplicate of bug 3796. (If so, its Importance should be higher than Low.)

Another example is bug 89070. This can cause needless duress during release time :) It's not really a dupe of 3796, but fixing that would fix this. Unlike 3796, this is not and RFE but real brokenness.
