Bug Description

When a grab of a pointer-emulated touch event is rejected or replayed, further touch grabs fail to activate. This regression is caused by patch 507_dix_Ensure_touch_events_are_delivered_to_next_client.patch. Reverting the patch restores this functionality.

The patch was contributed a few weeks ago by Carlos Garnacho. After reviewing the patch again I can't figure out why it is needed. I will follow up with Carlos to figure out what is going on, but in the meantime we will revert the patch.
