Add VM weights to instance_types and allow XenServer to utilize these.
Example of adding one: xe vm-param-set uuid=<VM UUID> VCPUs-params:

Adds vcpu_weight column to instance_types table and uses this value when building XenServer instances.
Fixes bug 861776.
