BUT
~$ ls -l /dev/|grep -i usb|grep tty

Just ONE USB tty device was config.
If plug in/out few times, sometime there are not any USB tty device was config( in fact 2 USB serial cable was connected to PC)

Have you tried the method in here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brltty/+bug/874181 ? That is, uninstall brltty.
