Bug Description

Package failed to install when I upgraded to the beta, so I had to run a partial upgrade afterwards, and it failed again. Ran update-manager, did an upgrade, package failed to install again.

I don't know what's happening in this bug, but it should never be that. flashplugin-installer depends on flashplugin-downloader; flashplugin-downloader cannot itself be configured unless /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so has been successfully populated. So whatever the issue here is, I don't believe this change will fix it. I've reverted this change since I think it's completely redundant, and am reopening the bug.
