Bug in statistics after new po file uploaded

Bug Description

Some a few days ago I uploaded a new .po file to the Portuguese (Brasil) language in Abiword software. Before it, the percentage of done translations is +- 96%. After it, the percentage is only 11%!

And, if I select to show only unknow translations, this show only 10 hits.

Completely true.

We need to do some checks to our database, will report back when we reach any conclusion.

I've rewritten the PO file translation storage engine in a new branch, which will land soon. I'm sure that introduces new bugs :-). But it will also close a bunch of these issues. So let's wait till that lands then do some more extensive testing. Sorry for any inconvenience.
