Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. enable accessibility and a screen reader
2. press alt+f1 to focus on the launcher
3. go down to hear what accessibilityName is associated with the LauncherItems
4. start one of the applications, or another window in one of them
5. go back to the started LauncherItem
Expected results:
post-3. the screen reader reads "<program name> not running button" or similar
post-5. the screen reader reads "<program name> one window opened button" or similar
Current results:
post-3. the screen reader reads "<program name> not running button" or similar
post-5. the screen reader reads the same as above
