Deleted Files Not Appearing in the Trash

When I delete files and folders in a community, nothing is appearing in the Trash. This is happening across browsers. Is this a result of Chris' fix?

Jim had noticed this before and Chris made a quick fix. I think it is now working.

I'll assign to Jim but not to a milestone. If this was already fixed, Jim can mark as invalid.

Deleted items from the top level (root level) of the Files tab are still not appearing the trash. Trash seems to be working within folders and sub-folders though.

Just did a quick test on staging and it works as advertised.
