Shouldn't show "should be plugged in" when on a desktop

Bug Description

The installer design specification says:
“Be plugged in to a power source”. This item should be present only if the computer can possibly run on battery, and should be checked whenever it is currently plugged in.

However, the current implementation shows the power checkbox regardless of whether a battery is present.
