Bug Description

The password help text, all 8(!) instances of it, could use some improving to advise users to employ passphrases rather than mere passwords. http://xkcd.com/936/

    Add help text to encourage good security (bug #844508)

    Currently, the password help text does not encourage passphrases.
    This patch makes all 8(!) instances of the text do so.
