Bug Description

Open terminal and run: "sudo /etc/init.d/networking stop"

This will cause many things to stop functioning correctly and crash. Even the following command does not fix it: "sudo /etc/init.d/networking start". This command does not even start the networking interfaces it just says that it worked but it doesn't really work.

I have also tried the following command: "sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart". This command seems to be the only one working of the three. However, it says that it has be deprecated.

I have also tried this after fully updating my computer.

The only workaround that I can see is rebooting the computer.
