Bug Description
On WS 1 open a terminal, minimise
Move to workspace 2, open a terminal
Move back to WS 1, click on terminal icon in the launcher, nothing happens
The only way to recall the min terminal on WS 1 is either open another terminal on WS 1 or close the terminal on WS 2
ADDED - with the return of scale > window picker for window group working on ALL workspaces (bug 811744) the min. window can also be now accessed by clicking on on launcher icon on any WS other than the one where the min. window is, in Ex. above any but WS 1

The fixing of this bug, intentional or otherwise, has somewhat mitigated this a bit, as noted in the ADDED in Bug Description text
