Cannot unminimize the last active window by clicking launcher icon

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Have any number of windows open (even only one).
2.) Minimize all windows.
3.) Click on the launcher icon for the last window minimized.

Instead of unminimizing the window, it does nothing. Clicking on another window/icon will unminimize that as usual, permitting you then to unminimize the window you were originally having trouble with. Another workaround is to use Alt+Tab to switch to the minimized window and bring it out again.

I confirm .

open one window then minimize it . it should loose it's focus but it's not .. launcher still indicate it's active and you will not be able to unminimized it .

in case of multiple window :

minimize window should loose it's focus and focus other active window but also it doesn't . launcher still think it's active window "active triangle icon indicator still appear in that minimized window"
