Probably the same issue for me too. Muon is reporting an error as follows:
Package: samba4
Error: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

I don't have any more information except that this is a fresh installation of Oneiric, not an upgrade.

I have the same issue, both in upgrade and fresh install scenarios.
Amd64x, 4 GB RAM, Kubuntu

Resolved by deleting everything in samba folder, after a ap-get purge samba.
