[FFE] CJK support

This bug documents the Feature Freeze Exception Request related to adding CJK support in libxapian.

In order to provide CJK support in both Unity and Software Center, Xapian needed to be modified to add a CJK tokenizer for indexing and querying xapian indexes. Without this change neither Unity nor Software Center can return search results with characters in any of the Chinese Japanese or Korean locales.
