This bug was fixed in the package pythonmagick - 0.9.1-3ubuntu6

---------------
pythonmagick (0.9.1-3ubuntu6) oneiric; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/series: disable ubuntu_fix_libmagickcore3.diff as ABI changes
    of libmagick has been rollback (back to version 6.6.0). This fixes a FTBFS
    (LP: #832833).
