pointless revert/close dialog

Bug Description

When trying to edit my server properties, xchat-gnome spontaneously popped up a dialog saying only revert/close.

This actually consistently comes up when I click on a network; then it's also impossible to close the network properties window by clicking the lower-right 'close' button.

after i hit this, xchat-gnome crashed entirely with with bug 830768
